How to: Disable pop-up blockers

Select Your Web Browser

Internet Explorer
  • Click Tools on the main menu
  • Click Pop-up Blocker within the drop menu
  • Click Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker
Mozilla Firefox
  • Click the menu button (upper right corner) and select Options
  • Select the Privacy and Security panel
  • Scroll down to the Permissions and uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows to disable pop-ups altogether. Otherwise, you can click on Exceptions to specify which websites are allowed to open pop-up windows.
Google Chrome
  • Click the More icon (three dots) from the top, right
  • At the bottom, click Advanced.
  • Under "Privacy and Security," click Site Settings. 
  • Click Pop-ups and redirects.
  • At the top, move the Block toggle to Allowed.
Safari
  • Click Safari from top, left menu
  • Click Preferences in the drop menu
  • Click the Security tab on the top row
  • Under Web content, uncheck Block pop-up windows
Microsoft Edge
  • Go to Settings and More (three dots) from the top, right
  • Click Settings
  • Go to Privacy and Security (the lock icon)
  • Scroll down to Security
  • Move the Block pop-ups toggle to Off
