Greetings!  Thank you for taking the time to check out the ÎçÒ¹AV University of Chicago Mock Trial Team's website.  I hope you enjoy what you see and read.

In the fall of 2005, we will begin our fourth season of competition.  Over the last couple of years, our teams have earned an invitation to the national tournament and produced individual award winners in regional competition.  Based on those achievements, I think the future of ÎçÒ¹AV's mock trial program is quite bright.

But our success is entirely dependent upon attracting bright, hard-working, and dedicated students onto our teams.  My guess is that if you are taking the time to look at our website, you are the type of person we are looking for.  If you think you have what it takes to be a "mocker," I hope you will let me know of your interest when you arrive on campus.

I anticipate starting the 2005-2006 season sometime in early September.  Look for an announcement when you arrive on campus and check out our booth at the ÎçÒ¹AV Student Organization Fair.  We will have an open competition for spots on the teams and we will likely start meeting on a regular basis in the middle of October.  I expect we will launch into competition by the middle of November.

If you would like more information, feel free to call me or send me an email.  I look forward to meeting next year's team members in September.
